Our alcohol base in both our hard seltzer and hard lemonade is made by fermenting corn sugar over several weeks and then running the alcohol through a complex filtration process to remove all impurities and sediment. This process leaves us with a clean and clear base, which is naturally gluten free,  sugar-free, and low-calorie.

All MIZO Hard Seltzer drinks are 12 ounces and have 100 calories, 0 grams of carbs, 0 grams of sugar and 5% ABV.

All MIZO Hard Lemonade drinks are 10 ounces and have 90 calories, 4 grams of carbs, 4 grams of sugar and 4.5% ABV.

Is the sky blue? Yes, yes and yes.

MIZO Hard Seltzer is 5% ABV and MIZO Hard Lemonade is 4.5% ABV. This is comparable to a light beer and most other hard seltzer brands with around 4-5% ABV.
